The Earthsac exterior is made from a durable, 600 denier polyester fabric, while the interior is lined with food safe materials (PEVA) that are commonly found in soft-sided, insulated lunch boxes.  For additional insulation and protection, a 4-mm layer of foam is sewn between the outside and inside layers.  The Earthsac also offers a cross-stitched handles for prolonged and heavy clutching and reinforced side trims and stiff board at the base for strengthened support.
